Beber cerveja, um bocado de peso a mais e cafeína ajuda a longevidade?

"People who drank modest consumption of alcohol – from one or two beers or glasses of wine a week to one daily drink – lived longer on average than people who abstained.

People who consumed 200 to 400 milligrams of caffeine per day – about two cups of coffee – also lived longer.

The ongoing study shows being overweight has negative effect until 80 but after that it gives you a 3% reduction in the chance of dying.

The latest findings unveiled at the world’s biggest science conference in Austin, Texas, showed that after 80 being underweight increased mortality rates by half."
