Mudanças simples no estilo de vida...

... previniriam o cancro (estudo Irlanda do Norte):
https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-ireland/easy-lifestyle-changes-could-prevent-3500-cancer-cases-36733456.html
Citando:
"A study carried out by Cancer Research UK (CRUK) has revealed that 38% of all cancers diagnosed here each year could have been avoided.

It highlights the well-known dangers of smoking, with almost half of all cases of cancer each year put down to tobacco.

However, it has also raised the risk of developing the killer disease from being overweight and obese - with 572 new cancer cases attributed to this.

Obesity causes 13 types of cancer, including bowel, breast, womb and kidney, and the results suggest that more than one in 20 cancer cases could be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight."

Microdosing

Basicamente é droga "aos cochichos", a  posse é apesar de tudo ilegal (em alguns países) e os efeitos secundários a médio-longo prazo são completamente desconhecidos:
http://www.bbc.com/news/health-39516345

Citando:
""Microdosing at a medical level, we know absolutely nothing about," he explains.

"The only way that we can sort out whether or not it works is by doing a blinded, placebo-controlled randomised trial."

He says the dangers of people self-medicating like this are currently completely unknown, and that is where the problem lies.

"The definition of a microdose is that you don't notice the subjective effect, but that doesn't mean it's not having any effect on you‬.

"We don't know what the risks in the long term might be.

"There was some concern before 1970 - when the drugs were being used clinically - that in people who were liable to develop schizophrenia and psychotic disorders, the drugs might actually uncover those problems in some people."

Good night's sleep boosts happiness as much as winning the lottery | Life | Life & Style | Express.co.uk

Citando:
"The study shows that positive changes in sleep over time - improved quality and quantity, and using less sleep medication - are linked with improved scores on the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), which is used by mental health professionals to monitor psychological wellbeing in patients.

People surveyed who reported positive improved sleep scored a two-point change in the GHQ - a result comparable to those recorded from patients completing an eight-week programme of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy designed to improve psychological wellbeing.

The same people showed improvements in physical and emotional health, as well as an ability to perform everyday activities."

Cansaço extremo?

Falta de ferro?
https://www.thesun.co.uk/living/2789916/heres-what-is-really-behind-the-tiredness-epidemic-sweeping-the-uk-and-how-you-can-beat-it/
"The reason for this could be down to iron deficiency, which is one of the most common causes of unexplained tiredness.
Iron is important because it helps your red blood cells carry oxygen around the body – and without enough oxygen, your organs and tissue just can’t work effectively."
(...)
"“People are eating 13% less red meat than they used to, which contains the most easy-to-absorb form of iron.”
Thankfully, there are a few ways you can easily up your iron intake, with Vitamin C capable of improving iron absorption by up to 180%.
This means that a glass of orange juice with your meal could help your body access as much iron as possible."
(...)
"Conversely, some foods – such as milk, tea, beans and chilli – hinder iron absorption, so should be limited.
Iron supplements can offer a way to deal with a deficiency, but many women complain of unpleasant side-effects after taking them."
